9:30 am--Group B: Meet Mr. Dominguez at Air Trans ticket counter for check-in. (Terminal 1)

• Have money for luggage fees ready to pay at check-in
  Have photo ID available for check-in and security
  Have luggage unlocked for security purposes
  Proceed through security and on to boarding gate

Be flexible with changes that will occur during this trip. Some group numbers have already chaged per Lincoln Center personnel request. New group assignments will be issued once in NYC.

Take an umbrella! The forecast is wet and wetter, cold and very windy conditions on Saturday and Sunday. conditions should improve slightly after Monday. Wind chill on Saturday and Sunday will be in the 30's. The tour guide has suggested layered clothing. You will be able to change shoes on the buses between tours.
After our recent warm weather, this will be a shock to your system.

Students will stay in small groups of 4-6 with an adult chaperone while shopping. There should never be a time when you go off by your self or even with a buddy.

Because of security issues, the motor coaches are not allowed to "wait" at a pick-up destination for the band. It is imperative that you be punctual at all meeting places. Bus can only stop long enough to pick up the group. THIS IS IMPORTANT!
